For example… exercise without fueling your body with the right nutrients will lead to poor results. Being in debt will likely cause you stress. That stress can then affect your health and steal your freedom as you work to repay those you owe.
Eating junk or carrying around extra weight can and will impact on your fitness ability and overall wellness. That extra weight could even cost you money as you seek help for new health problems you’ve never faced before.
It’s a fact many of us have a lot of work to do when it comes to improving our mindset, money, and health. Don’t believe me?

- ½ of the U.S. has seen suicide rates go up more than 30 percent since 1999.

They tell a story. One we should all pay more attention to. And we want to change them and make an impact by sharing our knowledge.
We’re all facing battles.
